Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor the premises regularly to maintain security.
- Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
- Prevent unauthorized access and report any suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security breaches.
- Assist visitors and employees with directions or basic inquiries.
- Maintain a log of daily activities and irregularities.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a watchman or in a similar role.
- Ability to stay alert and focused during long shifts.
- Good physical condition and the ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of security and emergency procedures.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
