- Ensure that all water quality maintenance activities are conducted in a manner that minimizes disruption to guests and enhances their experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback related to water quality issues in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring any problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
- Maximize productivity through effective time management and multi-tasking.
- Assist in managing resources efficiently to meet the financial goals of the park.
- Embrace new technology and methods to improve water quality processes and productivity.
- Perform routine testing and monitoring of water quality in all pools, attractions, and water features within the park.
- Be flexible and adapt to different roles and tasks within the engineering department.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the water quality testing areas and store rooms.
- Ensure all testing equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the Engineering Team Leader or Department Management.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the safety and quality of all water systems.
- Respond promptly to water quality issues and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Maintain accurate records of water quality tests and maintenance activities.
- Work closely with other engineering staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient maintenance operation.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge related to water quality.
- Adhere to the park's grooming and appearance standards, ensuring a professional and approachable image.
- Follow all park policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
- Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.
- Support the implementation of the park's values and culture.
- Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Engineering Team Leader or Department Management.
- Assist in carrying out inventory of water quality testing supplies and equipment.
- Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
