Role Description

Seeking a Webmaster for a full-time, on-site/remote role to manage and enhance websites, leveraging AI and automation to optimize performance and productivity. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in website development and management, collaborating with the digital marketing team to align with business goals, and managing projects to deliver innovative web solutions. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential.

Webmaster Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in website management with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions and automation.
• Expertise in utilizing AI tools and AI agents for implementing workflow automation to streamline operations, content creation and predictive analysis.
• Experience with APIs for seamless integration of third-party services, AI platforms, and data-driven functionalities.
• Advanced web analytics skills to monitor performance and leverage AI insights for continuous website optimization.
• Understanding of Meta and Google Ads for targeted advertising and campaign optimization and familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush for automation of keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking is a plus.
• Strong project management skills to oversee AI and automation-driven web initiatives.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Web design and development skills are a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce management is a plus.
• Background in the digital marketing industry is a plus
