What You'll Be Doing
OPERATIONAL TASKS
Provide commercial support to the Commercial team and assist with commercial agreement issues, planning sales campaign and management Prepares commercial reports and provides commercial information as required Liaising with commercial team and pre-alerting on daily commercial operations Maintains and Creates Department Reports Reconciliation of commission with brand’s record (monthly/quarterly/end of year) Monitoring and follow up of commission receivables (monthly/quarterly/end of year) Maintains proper filing system and department commercial database Manage the requirements of Incoming/Outgoing shipment of collection for showrooms, press samples and GWPS Processing of Regional Regulation Compliance (SASO, GOEIC) for both supplier and customer Following up customer and supplier creation forms To provide enhanced pre-sale and post-sale support

What You'll Be Doing
OPERATIONAL TASKS
- Commercial reports/analysis (for commercials, legal, Finance)
- Monthly Turnover/Rolling Forecast
- Seasonal Delivery Report
- Order confirmations, deliveries, after sales: return of defective goods, wrongly received goods, replacement, or missing items in the shipment, etc.
- Follow up on payments, reconcile statement of account of all clients and make sure that our principal (brand) is paid on time
- Responsible for Department’s master data
- Creates new customers, suppliers, brands (if any)
- Creates items in the system
- Creation of trade agreements, price list, trade masters
- Sales agreement entries
- Invoicing entries for monthly turnover targets and commission
- Ensures clean and regularized entries of system records
- Enters department payable request in HIVES Express
- Enters recharge request in PLUTO internal system
- Creates purchase order (PO) in Non-Merchandise Planning (NMP) system
- Prior wholesale or department stores experience.
- Possess general knowledge on logistics, payment terms, deliveries, and accounting.
- Knowledgeable on regulations like SASO and GOEIC.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
