Job Description
KILONEWTONS is looking for a strategic WORKFORCE ANALYST to optimize our human capital operations in Abu Dhabi. You’ll transform workforce data into actionable insights that drive organizational decisions and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop workforce models to forecast hiring needs and talent gaps
- Analyze employee data (attrition, productivity, engagement)
- Create dashboards for HR and executive teams
- Optimize staffing levels across projects and departments
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis of workforce initiatives
- Identify trends in recruitment, retention, and performance
- Automate HR metrics reporting
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning
- 5+ years workforce/HR analytics experience (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Expertise in:
- Workforce planning methodologies
- HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, VBA)
- Statistical analysis
- Proficient with:
- Power BI/Tableau
- Python/R for people analytics
- SQL for data extraction
- Workforce management tools
- Certifications (Preferred):
- SHRM People Analytics Specialty
- HR Analytics Certification
- PMP
