Overview Of The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team at the Used Cars Preparation Center in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, maintaining high standards of productivity, quality control, and team dynamics.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate cross-functional communication with parts advisors, quality control, and the management team to ensure smooth operations
• Achieve monthly production targets by ensuring the team is focused and working effectively
• Support team dynamics and morale by providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members
• Enhance efficiency and productivity by managing and overseeing daily operations on the shop floor
  
  

Required Skills To Be Successful

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a workshop setting
• Strong understanding of workshop operations and production processes
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
