- Configuration of identity service .
- Patching identity service .
- Performance tuning for identity service
- Troubleshooting for identity service.
- Implementing and configuring HA/DR for identity service.
- Defining datasource/connection pool.
- Create/modify service provider.
- Defining users and roles
- IN depth knowledge in identity domain (Authentioncation/Authorization)
- Support day to day operations (Data fixes , Changes).
- Design, deploy, manage and improve identity infrastructure, tools and operational processes.
- Poactively identify and resolve difficult problems with the IAM systems and continuously improve operational processes
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for identity service.
- Collaborate proactively with a business/development team.
