岗位职责
1. 负责推进大区CRM系统调研、搭建及后续维护，统筹相关业务流程、管理文件的编制；
2. 负责收集和分析区域销售数据，统筹各子区域市场预测和数据提报，为业务决策和业绩指标提供数据支持；
3. 跟进业务动作执行情况、业绩目标完成情况，及时发现项目推进过程中存在的问题，协调解决方案，跟踪进展直至问题闭环；
4. 统筹和整理销售体系各项业务信息、数据、文件；
5. 协助部门筹备月度会议、编制会议纪要，输出各类月度、季度经营报告等；
6. 其他运营相关的工作安排。
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上，国际贸易、供应链、企业管理等相关专业；
2. 2年以上销售运营、计划管理、数据分析等方面工作经验；
3. 熟悉销售管理流程，熟练使用CRM、ERP、MS office等系统工具；
4. 常驻迪拜，中英文流利，具备国际化视野和业务分析能力；
5. 为人诚恳务实，具备良好的职业道德和敬业精神；
6. 熟悉光储相关行业者优先。
