  • Bookkeeping and maintaining accounting records
  • Preparing invoices, tax invoices, and LPOs (Local Purchase Orders)
  • VAT filing and ensuring tax compliance
  • Bank reconciliations and supplier/customer account reconciliations
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Payroll processing
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing
  • Maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Handling PRO-related work, including visa, labor, and government documentation
  • General administrative duties and office coordination
  • Maintaining employee records and office documentation
  • Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting, data analysis, and record management
  • Liaising with government authorities and external stakeholders when required

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of UAE experience in accounting and administration
  • Experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel, and accounting software
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
