Summary-
We are looking for a skilled Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, transferring calls to the appropriate individual, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
This position is based at The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah.

- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Transfer calls to the relevant person or department
- Take and relay messages accurately
- Provide information to callers and address any inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently
- Proficiency in using telephone systems and office equipment
- Strong customer service skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
