Job Description

Summary-

We are looking for a skilled Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, transferring calls to the appropriate individual, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

This position is based at The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah.

Job Responsibility-

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Transfer calls to the relevant person or department
• Take and relay messages accurately
• Provide information to callers and address any inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  
  

Candidate Requirements-

• Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently
• Proficiency in using telephone systems and office equipment
• Strong customer service skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
