Job Description

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of administrative support services, including hospitality, mail, transportation, and courier services, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee procurement and contracting activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely provision of administrative resources and services.
  • Manage facilities, warehouses, and organizational assets, ensuring proper inventory control, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Oversee security, cleaning, and maintenance services to provide a safe, secure, and efficient working environment for employees and visitors.
  • Manage administrative support services, including travel and accommodation arrangements, shipping, mail, stationery, and transportation services.
  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of the organization's vehicle fleet and manage drivers and messengers to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor service providers' performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Lead and develop the Administrative Services team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare periodic reports and recommendations to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative and technical support services
