Job Description

This opportunity is part of AECOM’s Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a

valid family book.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or teams.
  • Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, often acting as the first point of contact.
  • Documentation: Preparing reports, memos, and presentations; maintaining filing systems and records.
  • Office Management: Ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support Tasks: Assisting with data entry, research, and other administrative tasks as needed.
