Assistant Cost Consultant

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supports feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, contributing to the preparation of procurement reports
• Assists in applying value management techniques at early project stages to optimize cost and efficiency
• Provides estimating and cost planning support throughout the development of detailed cost plans
• Participates in full procurement lifecycle, including prequalification, tendering, evaluation, and contract preparation
• Assists in preparing contract documentation, valuations, variations, warranties, bonds, and licenses in line with contract terms
• Supports cost control, financial reporting, and ongoing monitoring of project costs during contract execution
• Contributes to financial analysis, including cost impacts of design changes, awards, construction activities, and client variations
• Assists in project close-out activities, including certification of completion, final accounts agreement, defect resolution, and stakeholder coordination while promoting sustainability and net zero objectives

You’ll need to have:

• A degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent)
