Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Diver to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing underwater inspections of structures, foundations, and seabed conditions and reporting findings to the project team
• Assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of underwater components.
• Conducting underwater measurements, photography, and video documentation to support engineering assessments and quality control
• Supporting survey teams with positioning, marking, and verification of underwater construction elements
• Preparing dive plans, conducting pre-dive checks, and participating in risk assessments and safety briefings
• Maintaining diving equipment in good working condition and reporting any defects or incidents promptly
• Working with supervisors to ensure diving operations comply with relevant safety standards, regulations, and project procedures
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Diploma with 5-8 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Valid commercial diving certification from a recognized authority and medical fitness to dive
• Experience in construction, marine, or offshore diving operations
• Strong knowledge of diving safety procedures, emergency protocols, and relevant regulations
• Good physical fitness, situational awareness, and comfort working in varying underwater conditions
  
  
  

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

• Experience on island, coastal, or offshore construction projects
• Familiarity with underwater inspection techniques, non-destructive testing, and use of underwater tools and equipment
• Knowledge of underwater video and photography for documentation and reporting
• Prior experience working with engineers and surveyors on marine or infrastructure projects
