Role Description The Assistant Manager – The Finery is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the luxury garment care division. This role manages a team of front-line and supervisory staff to ensure high-quality processing of premium garments, shoes, and bags, while maintaining service standards, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager monitors production workflows, quality checks, and order accuracy using Washmen’s technology and RFID tracking tools, and proactively resolves operational issues. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing and shift schedules, training and coaching team members, enforcing health, safety, and cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also supports performance reporting, drives continuous process improvements, and collaborates with customer support and logistics teams to handle escalations and special requests.

Qualifications
- Operational leadership skills, including team supervision, shift management, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in service or production environments, preferably in laundry, hospitality, luxury retail, or related sectors.
- Strong quality control, attention to detail, and familiarity with handling delicate or high-value garments and accessories.
- Comfort with technology, including operations software, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams and interact with internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in operational or production settings.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in the region are an advantage.
- Availability to work on-site in Dubai with flexibility for shifts, weekends, or peak-period schedules as needed.
