About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Attendant – Kids Club to join the resort’s Kids Club team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Welcome children and families to the Kids Club with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Register children for activities and ensure all required documentation and consent forms are completed.
  • Provide information to parents about programs, schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities.
  • Ensure children are safe, entertained, and cared for during their time in the Kids Club.
  • Support themed events, seasonal programs, and birthday celebrations.
  • Handle payments for Kids Club services, merchandise, and special programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and issue receipts.
  • Reconcile cash drawer and report discrepancies to the Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Report any incidents or concerns promptly to management.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in childcare or hospitality is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in childcare, recreation, or customer service (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Basic cash handling and POS system experience.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Friendly, patient, and energetic personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
