Position: Automation & STP Manager
Location: Dubai or India
Duration: 6 months and extendable

Role Purpose: –
The Automation & STP Manager drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.
Key Responsibilities: –

• Manage automation factory covering RPA, workflow and IDP.
• Drive straight-through-processing initiatives.
• Build automation roadmap and business cases.
• Track automation benefits and ROI.

Key Performance Indicators: –

• Automations delivered
• Hours saved
• STP increase
• Manual touchpoints reduced

Qualifications & Experience: –
Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Core Competencies: –
Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.

Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
MBA (Operations, Information Systems, or Finance) is preferred.
