B2B Sales Hunter – POF & PE Films

ENPI Group, a regional leader in Packaging & Containers Manufacturing, is seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Hunter to join its Future Film division. This role sits at the heart of that growth story.

As a Sales Hunter specializing in POF (Polyolefin Shrink Film) and PE (Polyethylene Film), you will be the primary engine of new revenue generation across the UAE and broader GCC markets. This is not an account management role — it is a pure hunting position designed for professionals who thrive on building pipelines from scratch, breaking into new accounts, and closing meaningful deals. You will own the full commercial cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and contract closure.

Identify, prospect, and penetrate new accounts across UAE and GCC markets, building a robust pipeline from the ground up

Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and qualification through commercial negotiation, proposal development, and deal closure

Generate new business revenue with a clear focus on measurable growth targets and customer acquisition KPIs

Develop and execute territory plans that maximize market coverage and prioritize high-potential prospects in flexible and industrial packaging segments

Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments to position POF shrink film and PE polyethylene film solutions effectively against competitive alternatives

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts using CRM tools

Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of newly acquired accounts

Nice to have

• Established GCC market network within packaging or FMCG sectors
• Knowledge of industrial packaging applications and end-user industries
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Arabic language skills
• Exposure to flexible packaging solutions beyond shrink and PE films
