Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented business/marketing Intern to support key business priorities and time-bound projects from July to September.

Responsibilities

• Working with marketing and sales team to prospect and find leads, with proper lead qualification and management.
• Help with market analysis, customer and competitive trends.
• Help with managing events across EMEA - coordinate with the attendees from SaaS on the agenda, scope, and customers attending.
• Assist with the improvement of the Customer account health reporting and process in region - working with the relevant team.
• Assist with Monthly Operating Rhythm (MOR) KPIs and reporting.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials to communicate progress, share best practices, and provide updates.
• Analyze data using Excel or other analysis tools, as needed.
• Support selected aspects of day-to-day work within the function aligned to the intern’s field of study.
• Perform assignments where accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality are important.
  
  

Qualifications

• Marketing or business studies
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  
  

Characteristics

• Currently a university student in their 3rd or final year of study.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment consistent with team or department guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-starter who is proactive and able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to identify and prioritize issues, develop solutions, and meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a globally diverse environment.
