What you'll be doing

Weekly Supply Chain and Ecommerce Coordination

• Conduct weekly 1:1 calls to oversee new brand and novelty trackers, ensuring timely launches.

• Follow up on ecommerce initiatives, including novelty pipelines and GWP uploads, ensuring all items are live on site as scheduled

Assortment Management and Analysis

• Perform regular assortment checks and stock-on-hand (SOH) analyses for underperforming brands.

• Collaborate on assortment planning for activations and manage stock for promotional events.

Floor Plan and Activation Oversight

• Update floor plans and planograms, engaging in category discussions and negotiations.

• Ensure timely follow-up on activations and discounts post-negotiation by category managers.

Accounting and Payment Liaison

• Address accounting queries related to payment closures, liaising between suppliers and finance on a bi-weekly basis.

• Ensure all compensation and payment issues are tracked and communicated effectively.

Brand Expansion and Competitive Analysis

• Work with teams on brand expansions, coordinating demand and assortment planning.

• Conduct weekly competition analysis to inform strategy and optimize performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Advanced excel skills and use of MS office

• Previous retail experience and category experience are a plus

• Able to communicate in both English and Arabic

• Ability to commute to our offices in Jebel Ali.
