Job Objectives:
To be able to accomplish a given task at a given time in a safe and sound manner. Cladder is a skilled trade role, in which the Cladder works within a team, reporting to the Supervisor to lay a variety of metal products.

To be able to accomplish a given task at a given time in a safe and sound manner. Cladder is a skilled trade role, in which the Cladder works within a team, reporting to the Supervisor to lay a variety of metal products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Set up and use cladding related equipment
- Fit and join sheet metal parts using required tools and equipment.
- Install sheet metal products according to specifications and approved codes.
- Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to work sites and experience in using powered lift equipment.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma/Certificate in Cladding
- Minimum of 2 years Cladding experience
- Ability to work and communicate with others
- Ability to install all kinds of architectural products
- Ability to instruct apprentices and new workers
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to learn and obey our extensive company safety policy.
