Job Description
Summary-
We are looking for a skilled Commis III to assist our kitchen team in preparing delicious meals according to our restaurant's menu. The Commis III will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
This position is based at The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah.

This position is based at The Cove Rotana Ras al Khaimah.
Job Responsibility-
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking tasks under the supervision of a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Following recipes and food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including food storage areas.
- Assisting with food inventory management and stock rotation.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Proven experience as a Commis III or similar role in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
- Physical endurance to stand for long hours and lift heavy kitchen equipment.
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment
