Community Management Intern (Unpaid)

ITP Gaming is seeking a Community Management Intern to help grow and engage our gaming communities, including Middle East Gamer and whitelisted channels, with a focus on Discord and other social platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming culture and community building.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with our Discord communities, ensuring conversations remain active and positive.
  
  

• Support community-driven initiatives, contests, and live events.
  
  

• Assist with content creation and posting across social media channels.
  
  

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to foster community growth and loyalty.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong interest in gaming and esports.
  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Familiarity with Discord and other social platforms.
  
  

• Creative mindset and ability to contribute ideas for community engagement.
  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
  
  

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  
  

• Experience operating online tournaments (preferred but not essential).
