Are you a Microsoft Copilot expert who loves turning AI adoption into real business change for customers?

We’re working with a growing Microsoft-focused technology consultancy in Dubai that delivers digital transformation and AI adoption projects for enterprise customers across the region. They’ve just been awarded two large new projects and are expanding their customer success team to keep up with demand.

Work directly with executives and department heads at major enterprise customers
Join a small, senior team of Microsoft specialists with deep Power Platform and Copilot expertise
Real ownership of the customer journey from use case discovery through to adoption
Based in Dubai with a stable, growing project pipeline

What will you be doing?
Deliver Copilot workshops to executives, end users and departments across customer organisations
Identify practical Copilot use cases for teams like marketing, operations and support
Map how customers work today and design how Copilot changes that for the better
Train and support users so they’re genuinely using Copilot effectively, not just logging in
Guide customers through change management as they adopt new ways of working
Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level

What do you need?
Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot, ideally already delivering workshops or training around it
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
3 to 5 years of experience, ideally with a consulting or business analyst background
A technical or engineering degree is a bonus, you’re comfortable with technology and pick up new tools fast
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and running workshops in front of a room
Based in Dubai and fluent in Arabic and English
Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about how AI changes the way people work
