Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product, customer, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate key product metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support Product Managers in making data-driven decisions related to product features, enhancements, and roadmap prioritization.
- Conduct user behavior analysis to better understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Assist with user research activities including surveys, interviews, and usability studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and product requirements.
- Contribute to product discovery, requirements gathering, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting and analysis activities.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a comparable role.
- Internship or academic project experience in analytics, product management, or business intelligence is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets, BI tools, or analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of key product metrics and KPI measurement frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and requirements engineering practices.
- Knowledge of user research techniques and design thinking frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be based in the UAE at the time of application.
