Director of Procurement

We are looking for an experienced Director of Procurement based at our Millennium Hotels & Resorts Regional Office in Dubai.

As the Director of Procurement, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the procurement strategy across the region. You will be responsible for overseeing sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations, and logistics functions while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and strategic supplier partnerships.

In this role, you will lead and manage the company’s end-to-end procurement activities, driving supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to support operational objectives and deliver sustainable value.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional with approximately 15 years of procurement experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record within a multinational environment. Previous hospitality experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the UAE and are available to join on short notice.
