Job Description

As Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for maximizing the hotel's financial performance through strategic pricing, revenue optimization, and distribution management. Reporting to the General Manager, this role drives revenue growth by analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and implementing effective yield strategies across all revenue-generating segments.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to connect commercial strategy with the guest experience — balancing pricing, positioning and inventory while keeping us agile and competitive in a fast-moving market.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies that align with the hotel's financial objectives and market positioning
• Analyze competitive landscape, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to identify revenue optimization opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, and revenue targets across all segments
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and revenue projections using advanced analytical tools and historical data
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with promotional campaigns and market positioning initiatives
• Conduct regular competitive analysis and market intelligence gathering to maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor positioning
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management and hotel operations, ideally within a 5-star hotel for an international brand.
• Strong expertise in pricing, demand forecasting, inventory optimization and revenue strategies, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into results
• Confident with RMS, PMS and CRS, with advanced Excel skills and experience in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence tools.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and stay focused when the pressure is on.
