Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organisation's assets.
- Optimise financial processes and systems for improved efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
A successful Chief Financial Officer (Business Unit) should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
- Extensive experience in financial management within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting standards.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in leading and developing finance teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Monthly salary of AED 45,000 to AED 55,000.
