Role Purpose

Required Technical Skills

Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in the following areas:

Core Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE technologies , including Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks
• Expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using object-oriented programming principles

TI Plus Platform

• Deep knowledge of TI Plus product/application
• Experience in configuration, customization, and integration of TI Plus modules

Database Management

• Strong understanding of Oracle Database , SQL, and PL/SQL
• Experience in query optimization, database design, and performance tuning

API and Integration

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP web services
• Experience designing and implementing API integration solutions
• Familiarity with middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) concepts

Cloud Technologies

• Experience working with Azure and AWS cloud platforms
• Knowledge of cloud deployment models, services, and infrastructure
• Understanding of cloud-native application development

Microservices Architecture

• Familiarity with microservices-based application design
• Experience in containerization, service orchestration, and distributed systems

DevOps and Tools

• Experience with Git , Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of DevOps practices and automation tools
• Exposure to build and release automation processes

Operating Systems

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting

Domain Knowledge

• Banking or Trade Finance domain experience is strongly preferred
• Understanding of trade lifecycle processes such as letters of credit, guarantees, and collections
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and banking integrations
• Knowledge of enterprise banking applications and regulatory requirements

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to lead technical discussions and solution design workshops
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset
• Capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Advanced certifications in cloud technologies or Java frameworks will be an added advantage

• Assumes responsibilities as the main client contact leading engagement w/ 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners.
• Develops, assesses, and validates a client’s business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction
• Develops solutions and services to suit client’s business strategy
• Estimates scope and liability for delivery of the end product/solution
• Seeks opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas
• Leads an engagement and oversees others’ contributions at a customer end, such that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Drives Proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement; new accounts
• Contributes towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks etc.
• Guides less experienced team members in delivering solutions.
• Leads efforts towards building go-to-market/ off the shelf / point solutions and process smethodologies for reuse
• Creates reusable IP from managed projects
