Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Door Attendant – Front Services to join the resort’s Front Services (Bell & Door) team.

About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Door Attendant – Front Services to join the resort’s Front Services (Bell & Door) team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance and a welcoming presence.
- Open doors for guests and assist with entry and exit from vehicles.
- Coordinate with bell attendants and valet staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
- Provide directions and information about the property and local area.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage when needed.
- Monitor the entrance area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and order.
- Support VIP arrivals with personalized attention and discretion.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand service standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak arrival and departure times.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest etiquette.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Outdoor work with exposure to weather conditions.
- Physical role involving standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
