LOCATION

Al Ain, UAE

The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Watchman | Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the client's buildings, accommodation, and surrounding premises during assigned shifts. This role requires a vigilant, trustworthy, and reliable individual who can conduct regular patrols, monitor security systems, identify potential risks, and report incidents promptly while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications / Licenses

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Watchman or Security Guard.
• High school education preferred but not essential.
  
  

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience securing residential, hospitality, educational, or commercial properties.
• Experience conducting routine patrols and security inspections.
• Ability to identify and report security risks and suspicious activity.
• Experience maintaining security logs and incident reports.
• Familiar with monitoring alarms, lighting, and surveillance systems.
• Able to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion. Good spoken and written English.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.
• Reliable, honest, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrols.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct hourly patrols of the buildings and surrounding property.
• Complete and maintain accurate hourly security logs.
• Ensure all doors, windows, and access points are secured when premises are unoccupied.
• Monitor security systems, lighting, alarms, and CCTV equipment, reporting faults immediately.
• Identify and report suspicious persons, vandalism, property damage, or security breaches.
• Investigate and report any signs of attempted unauthorized entry.
• Notify management promptly of security concerns or incidents.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized access.
• Follow all workplace safety and security procedures.
• Carry out any additional duties reasonably assigned by management.
  
  

SALARY

• Salary: AED 2,250 per month
• Telephone Allowance: AED 100 per month
• Total Monthly Package: AED 2,350
