Every month, hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC book a cleaner, a beauty service, a handyman, or a healthcare visit through Justlife. The words that move them to tap “book” — the push, the email, the service description, the ad — are some of the most-read copy in the region. Soon, they’ll be yours.
We’re looking for a writer to own how Justlife sounds — not maintain it, define it. Someone who writes clean, persuasive copy fast, thinks like a creator, is plugged into GCC culture, and wants real creative ownership at one of the region’s fastest-growing companies.
The Role
You’ll own the Justlife voice across the entire customer journey — CRM campaigns (push, SMS, email), funnel and service content, copy for new product features, ad concepts, and offline materials like banners and flyers. You’ll write the briefs designers build from, take ideas from concept to execution, and partner daily with Marketing Performance, Business Development, Product, and Customer Service. You’ll report to the Content Lead — and have the room to shape how the brand sounds as we scale.
This isn’t a low-volume, purely strategic content role. You’ll need to create at pace and handle a meaningful volume of work — but without compromising on taste, quality, or relevance. We’re looking for someone who can combine strong output with strong judgment. We expect you to bring ideas, raise the bar, and write copy that sounds unmistakably like Justlife and makes people act.

What You’ll Own in Your First 6 Months
- Own CRM copy. Write push notifications, WhatsApp messages, and email people actually open and click — and move CTR
- Shape the funnel. Craft service descriptions and funnel content that carry customers from interest to booking
- Brief design and ship campaigns. Turn ideas into sharp briefs, partner with designers, and take ads and offline materials from concept to execution
- Define the brand voice. Set the standard so every piece sounds like Justlife — consistent, on-tone, and clean on the first pass
- Bring new ideas. Introduce fresh angles and formats that lift engagement, not just fill the calendar
- Fast, but taste-led. We create a lot — and we protect the quality bar while we do it
- Brand-led. Everything sounds like Justlife: one voice, every channel
- Cross-functional. You’ll work daily with design, marketing performance, business development, product, and customer service
- Data-aware. We read CTR and engagement, and let it sharpen the next piece
- Culturally plugged-in. We write for the GCC
Must-haves
- A portfolio that shows copy that worked. Pieces you can point to that moved a metric — open rate, CTR, conversion — or shaped a brand. Your portfolio matters more than your CV
- Exceptional written English. Clear, persuasive, and grammatically flawless across email, social, and web
- Proven multi-channel copywriting. Across formats and channels — CRM, web, social, ads
- Fast without dropping the bar. Strong first-pass accuracy — you sweat both the concept and the comma
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools — Google Analytics, email platforms, social media management
- Basic design-tool fluency — Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva
- Experience supporting campaigns or product launches across teams
- Experience in the service or consumer-tech industry
- Basic HTML/CSS for email templates and web updates; an understanding of SEO and SEM
