Executive - QA/QC

Develop & implement QA/QC Plans, ITPs, and method Statements for HVAC systems. Conduct material inspections upon delivery and ensure compliance with approved submittals, specifications, and manufacturer data. Perform site inspections for HVAC works including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, hangers & supports. Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other international standards. Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents from QA/QC perspective. Monitor and witness installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, etc.). Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients for IRs/WIRs and approvals. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation (checklists, MIRs, WIRs/IRs, NCRs, test records, etc.). Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and ensure CAPA implementation and closure. Ensure compliance with HSE standards, QA/QC procedures, and safe work practices. Support internal, external, and client audits. Liaise with third-party inspectors and client QA/QC teams for inspection approvals. Strong knowledge of welding inspection, WPS/PQR/WPQ documentation, and NCR/CAPA processes.
