As a Fashion Operations Intern, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational initiatives across the CHANEL Fashion boutique network in the Middle East.
Working closely with the Fashion Operations team, you will contribute to enhancing boutique efficiency, driving the adoption of new tools and processes, and ensuring operational excellence. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with boutiques, regional teams, and global stakeholders while participating in projects that directly impact the client and boutique experience.

As a Fashion Operations Intern, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational initiatives across the CHANEL Fashion boutique network in the Middle East.
Working closely with the Fashion Operations team, you will contribute to enhancing boutique efficiency, driving the adoption of new tools and processes, and ensuring operational excellence. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with boutiques, regional teams, and global stakeholders while participating in projects that directly impact the client and boutique experience.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Support the deployment and adoption of operational initiatives
- Support the rollout, implementation, and continuous follow-up of operational tools and projects across the boutique network.
- Ensure successful adoption by accompanying boutiques through training, coaching, and regular follow-up.
- Collect user feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and consolidate insights to support future developments.
- Act as the liaison between boutique teams and global stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and continuous enhancement of operational solutions.
- Build strong relationships with boutique teams and serve as a key operational support contact.
- Conduct regular boutique visits to understand operational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure best practices are consistently applied.
- Support boutiques in implementing new processes and operational initiatives.
- Participate in the implementation of new operational initiatives, supplier solutions, and innovation projects introduced by regional or global teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to project coordination, testing phases, change management, and performance follow-up.
- Support the development and maintenance of operational dashboards and reporting tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to operational projects and prepare insights to support decision-making.
- Being part of a globally recognized luxury brand with a rich heritage in storytelling and innovation.
- Gaining hands-on experience in operations.
- Building strong connections within the industry and learning from seasoned professionals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with boutique teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated by innovation and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions and supporting change management.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel and reporting skills.
- Recently graduated with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, logistics, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Based in Dubai and available for a full-time internship for six months.
