Successfully deliver and execute jobs such as preparation, installation, repair and maintenance of TechnipFMC equipment, or other brands, under field conditions and in an international on & offshore environment.
Job Description
- Ensure all equipment, service tooling, and spare parts are available on location, ready for use, and fit for purpose.
- Record and document critical technical information such as dimensions, weights, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates to support product testing, operation, and assembly processes.
- Complete all safety-related documentation and consistently adhere to and promote safe work practices.
- Accurately prepare and submit field service reports, job logs, and all required supporting documentation with necessary details, including part and serial numbers, equipment types, and non-conformance reports.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on job procedures, parts requirements, critical measurements, and proactively identifying safety and operational improvement opportunities.
- Act as a professional representative of TechnipFMC, delivering quality customer service, addressing customer queries and complaints effectively, and identifying opportunities for business improvement and customer success.
- Comply with TechnipFMC Quality Management System requirements and ensure full adherence to QHSE standards and the company’s code of ethics.
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
- High school diploma, Apprenticeship or equivalent technical diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and tools; structural steel.
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 0-6 months of Oil and Gas experience
- 3-5 Years Professional Work History in Lieu of advanced schooling
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):
- Safety Certifications including but not limited to: T-BOSIET, H2S, ADNOC Safety Inductions, CPR
- TechnipFMC Service Skills Training
- OGUK or equivalent medical screening
- REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and in stressful fast paced environment
- Communication and listening skills with peers and supervisors.
- Alignment with the TechnipFMC Core Values and Foundational Beliefs
- REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS:
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties.
- Read, write and speak English on a professional level. Arabic a plus
