Freelance Specialist Graphic Designer — Design Guidelines - Limited contract

Role Overview

Chedi Hospitality is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the Technical Services department on a 3-month limited consultancy contract. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in the development, design, and production of the company Design Guidelines.

These documents will form a key reference tool for the organisation, consolidating brand, design, spatial, operational, and technical standards into a clear, elegant, and highly visual document series.

The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in layout design, document structuring, visual storytelling, and interactive PDF production, with a strong creative eye suited to a luxury hospitality environment.

The role shall be positioned as a limited consultancy service position ideally suited for freelance specialists.

The position shall office based in the company headquarters in Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai.

The role will require representation 8 hours per day and 5 days a week. The office operates from 08.00am to 6.00pm and the successful candidate shall have the ability of flexibility during this time.

The candidate shall report to the Technical Service Team.

The role will require a fixed lump sum for a three-month period payable monthly.

Consideration should be given to potential extension to the contract timelines.
