As the Future Talent Program Lead, you are a passionate and people-first member of Tesla's leadership team in the UAE, reporting directly to the Future Talent Manager. You are the driving force behind Tesla's Emirati Future Talent Traineeship Programme — responsible for shaping, guiding, and accelerating the next generation of Emirati professionals within Tesla's ecosystem.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the Emirati Future Talent Traineeship Programme, including rotation schedules across Sales, Delivery, Service, and Customer Operations, ensuring continuous alignment with business needs and programme KPIs
- Serve as the primary mentor and career coach for all Emirati Talent Trainees, conducting structured performance and progression reviews at every department rotation and building personalised development plans for each cohort member
- Coach and upskill departmental managers and supervisors on how to effectively host, assess, and develop trainees during rotation periods, fostering an inclusive and high-performance team culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate trainees meaningfully into day-to-day business activities, ensuring trainees actively contribute to real targets and deliverables throughout each rotation
- Track, analyse, and report on trainee performance data, engagement metrics, and programme outcomes, presenting insights regularly to senior leadership and escalating people or operational risks in a timely manner
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for new trainee cohorts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, while serving as a Tesla brand ambassador within the UAE Emirati community to attract top candidates
- Ensure all trainees adhere to Tesla's policies, procedures, and brand standards at all times, managing escalations professionally and coordinating logistics for trainees rotating across multiple Tesla UAE locations and events
What You'll Bring
- Emirati/UAE National with family book (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership, people management, or talent development experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail, automotive, or technology environment
- Demonstrated track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing junior or early-career talent
- Strong understanding of Tesla's products, ecosystem, and core business functions — or a passionate willingness to master them rapidly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to influence, inspire, and hold accountability across multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and composure at all times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Valid UAE/GCC Driving License
- Willingness to travel regularly across Tesla UAE locations and events
- Deeply passionate about Tesla's mission and the development of Emirati talent
