As a General Technician, you play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and systems within the property. Your responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating with other maintenance professionals to ensure the smooth operation of machinery.

- Provide support during equipment installations and modifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical systems and technology.
- Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
