Professional background

Before transitioning into full-time coaching, Ghida held senior leadership roles across banking and retail. She served as Group Director of Customer Experience & Marketing at LSH, Group Deputy Director of Customer Care at Alshaya Group, and Head of Service Quality at the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK). After moving into the coaching profession, she also served as Regional Director for MENA at The Leadership Circle, helping expand the organization’s presence and impact across the region.

Ghida brings over 3,000 hours of coaching and facilitation across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, combining corporate leadership experience with research-backed, globally recognized methodologies. She draws on Co-Active Coaching, ORSC, The Leadership Circle, and other systemic and development frameworks to help senior leaders and teams navigate complexity, build trust, and lead purposeful change. Her work spans key leadership areas such as emotional intelligence, resilience, psychological safety, inclusive communication, and strategic thinking.
