As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests. If you have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

As a Bell Attendant, you will assist guests with their luggage, provide information about the hotel and local attractions, and contribute to creating a positive first impression for our guests. If you are energetic, courteous, and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, this role is perfect for you!

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
