Job Description

Summary-

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, providing excellent service to guests, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

This position is based at The Cove Rotana Resort.

Job Responsibility-

• Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas.
• Change linens, make beds, and replace amenities in guest rooms.
• Stock and replenish room supplies as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
  
  

Candidate Requirements-

• Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
