We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Runner to join our team and support the housekeeping department in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Housekeeping Attendants and the team by delivering guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies to assigned areas.
- Ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintain excellent service standards.
- Assist with the preparation and replenishment of housekeeping trolleys and supplies.
- Collect and transport linen, guest laundry, and other housekeeping-related items as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and service corridors.
- Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Provide professional and friendly support to guests and team members etc.
- Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to support daily operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
