About The Role

As a Houseman, you will support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and smooth operation of guest rooms, residences, public areas, and heart-of-house spaces. You will ensure that housekeeping supplies, equipment, and linen are readily available while supporting the team in delivering a clean and comfortable environment for guests and residents.

This role is part of the Housekeeping Department, reporting into the Housekeeping Manager.

What You Will Do

• Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Public Area Attendant and Room Attendant
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or the Director of Housekeeping.
  
  

What You Bring

• A minimum of at least 2 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills; Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
