Immediate Joiner Cost Estimator with Fitout Experience

Ontime Healthcare is looking for an experienced Cost Estimator with a strong background in fitout projects to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for fitout projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Research and evaluate costs of materials, labor, and subcontractors specific to fitout works.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Maintain cost databases and update pricing information regularly.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission processes.
• Monitor project costs and provide reports on deviations.
• Identify areas for cost savings and value engineering opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in cost estimation for fitout projects, preferably in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of fitout materials, labor rates, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
