Now, we’re revving up our team in the UAE and looking for talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Facilities function as IT Administrator.

What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT support issues across hardware, software, network, and communication systems.
• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including Fortinet and SonicWALL firewalls, Cisco switches and wireless access points, Avaya PBX systems, Genesys servers, and PRI lines.
• Administer and support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Cortex Antivirus, Genesys Cloud (PureCloud), Avaya PBX.
• Design, implement, and enhance IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational growth.
• Evaluate IT projects, recommend technology upgrades, and assess budgetary implications to optimize operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and provide timely technical support to end users and business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide remote and onsite support for software applications, hardware devices, and enterprise systems.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, warranties, and inventory throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance, security, and availability to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT security standards and best practices.
  
  

What’s Under The Hood?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet and SonicWALL firewalls, Cisco networking equipment, Avaya PBX systems, Genesys Pure Cloud, and PRI connectivity.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, antivirus management.
• Experience in vendor management and IT project implementation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support users across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
