What's your mission?

To join the fragrance development team of the Creative Centre in Dubai. He/She will act as a pivotal link between clients, perfumers, marketing and commercial teams to translate market insights into winning olfactive creations, ensuring technical excellence, speed, and relevance.

️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Supporting the team for creating and developing fragrance compositions that meet customer briefs and internal project requirements, while respecting price, technical/regulatory, creative guidelines and deadlines/priorities.

• Select fragrances from the fragrance library in response to customer briefs.

• Update the local fragrance library, ensuring a relevant and highly accepted collection of fragrance themes to answer briefs efficiently.

• Coordinate fragrance development projects from brief reception to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.

• Ability to translate clients’ needs clear briefs to perfumers.

• Analyze client olfactive strategy and build action plan/ project timeline with Account Manager.

• Observe and analyze market and consumer trends to support fragrance innovation and translate into proactive proposals and brief anticipation.

• Coordinate and learn from the senior members of the team.

• Feed market insights into regional & global olfactive strategies

• Present fragrance concepts / reworks to client with strong story telling

What you need to shine in this role

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Fragrances, or equivalent (Bachelor's minimum, Master's preferred) with 2-3 years of industrial experience.
