Kids Club Attendant - 5-Star Luxury Hotel

Apt Resources is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Kids Club Attendant at a renowned 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for young guests by providing attentive care, creative activities, and a secure environment. This position demands enthusiasm, dedication, and a warm personality to foster a memorable, fun, and safe space for children.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome children and their families to the Kids Club, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Develop and implement diverse, age-appropriate recreational and educational activities to engage children.
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all children while they participate in activities and play.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's activities, behavior, and wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the Kids Club area and equipment.
• Support and participate in special events and celebrations organized by the hotel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare, kids club supervision, or a related role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage both children and their parents effectively.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and leading engaging children’s activities.
• Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children of various ages.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Relevant certifications such as Childcare, Early Childhood Education, First Aid, or CPR are preferred.
• Passion for working with children and contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
• Must be currently in UAE
