The Maintenance Coordinator is a vital operational support role responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative execution of our global ISO container maintenance.
Reporting directly to the Operations & Technical Manager, this role acts as the administrative backbone of the technical department. He/She will manage the daily tracking of the maintenance plan, ensure spare parts reach our global workshops on time, manage critical compliance documentation, oversee the end-to-end insurance claims process, and support contract reviews.
His/Her primary mission is to handle all operational, administrative, financial, and compliance-related hurdles so the technical leadership and execution teams (workshops) can focus purely on engineering and physical maintenance.The key missions of this role are:

His/Her primary mission is to handle all operational, administrative, financial, and compliance-related hurdles so the technical leadership and execution teams (workshops) can focus purely on engineering and physical maintenance.The key missions of this role are:
- Maintenance Plan Management & Database Updates
- Maintenance Plan Tracking: Act as the daily owner of the global Maintenance Plan trackers (covering both Regulatory and Corrective maintenance).
- Asset Visibility: Continuously update the location and status of ISO containers within the plan (e.g., identifying which tanks are at the affiliate site, en route to the maintenance facility, or currently in the yard).
- Database Accuracy: Maintain the strict accuracy of the Maintenance Database tracking sheets by logging critical milestones:
- Inputting "Actual Date in Yard" (In/Out).
- Logging start and end dates based on Daily Work Records.
- Updating maintenance statuses to ensure real-time visibility for the logistics team.

___________________Are you a MATCH?
- Education: Bachelor / Master
- Work experience: 3-5 yrs experience in logistics coordination, supply chain administration, or asset/maintenance support, with specific experience handling database tracking, insurance claims, or contract administration.
- Training or certification: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
