We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Oncologist to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, treat, and manage patients with various malignancies, delivering personalized care and evidence-based treatments. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive cancer care and improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to advancing oncology care through clinical excellence and patient education. You will also participate in research and continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of oncology innovations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments to diagnose cancer and determine staging.
  • Develop and administer individualized treatment plans utilizing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
  • Monitor patient response and manage treatment-related side effects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, and support staff.
  • Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care.
  • Participate in clinical trials and contribute to oncology research.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical documentation.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Medical Oncology.
  • Board certification in Medical Oncology.
  • At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in oncology practice.
  • Strong knowledge of current oncologic therapies and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Valid medical license to practice.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
