Key responsibilities include cleaning, photocopying, filing, and distributing mail, as well as running errands and helping with meeting preparations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Cleanliness and Organization: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning common areas, restrooms, and pantries.
Refreshments and Hospitality: Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Errand Running: Running errands both inside and outside the office, purchasing supplies.
Meeting Preparation: Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring necessary materials are available.
Supply Management: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, kitchen supplies, and toiletries.
Basic Maintenance: Coordinating minor repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
Additional Duties
Welcoming visitors.
Helping with the arrangement of furniture.
Maintaining a neat and organized workplace.
Ensuring the safety and security of the office.
Serving as a point of contact for visitors and employees regarding queries and requests.
Qualification
Physical Fitness: The role involves standing and moving around, so a degree of physical fitness is beneficial.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: The role requires maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
Teamwork: Working as part of a team and assisting colleagues with tasks.
Attentiveness: Being attentive and responsive to the needs of the office staff and visitors.
